Your sales receipt is emailed to the address you used at checkout immediately after purchase. You can also view and download past order invoices from your account dashboard under Orders — just click the order number and select “View Receipt.” If you didn’t receive an email or need the receipt sent to a different address, reach out to support and we’ll resend it right away.
We accept returns for unused, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery (custom or final-sale items excluded). To start a return, go to Your Orders in your account, select the item and follow the return steps — we’ll email you a pre-paid label when applicable. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear). If you prefer an exchange or need help with sizing, our support team can assist.
Many out-of-stock styles are restocked seasonally or in limited runs. On each product page you can sign up for a restock notification (enter your email) and we’ll alert you when we get more. If a style won’t be restocked, we’ll mark it clearly on the product page — but you can always contact us if you’d like help finding a similar item.
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address. For international orders, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees. If your country isn’t available at checkout or you have a special shipping request, contact support and we’ll do our best to help.
We photograph and describe every item to give you the most accurate representation possible — including color, fit, and fabric details. Because monitors and mobile screens display color differently, small variations in shade may occur. Designs, trims, and textures in the photos are genuine samples of the finished product; if you need a second opinion before ordering, contact us and we’ll help confirm sizing and color.

Yes — exchanges for different sizes or colors are available for items returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, start a return through Your Orders and choose “Exchange” (if the exact replacement is in stock). If the item you want is sold out, we can help process a refund or notify you when it’s restocked.
Keep your pieces looking and performing their best: machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang dry for longevity, and avoid bleach or fabric softeners (they can break down technical fabrics). Check the care tag on each garment for specific instructions — treating your gear right keeps fit, color, and performance intact.
